Bryan advises private business owners and entities in transactions and general corporate matters at Bishop, Dulaney, Joyner & Abner.

He began his career at a large international law firm in Philadelphia, gaining experience in both mergers and acquisitions and real estate financing transactions. Prior to attending law school and beginning his practice, Bryan worked at Vanguard, one of the world’s largest investment companies, in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.
