David began his career as a CPA with an international accounting firm.  In addition to his legal training, he is trained in business valuation, tax and advisory services and has sold over one hundred businesses as a mergers and acquisitions intermediary.  With more than thirty years of multi-disciplinary experience, David helps clients develop action plans that are legally sound, tax-wise and economically realistic.

By approaching matters not only as a lawyer but also as a business advisor, he is able to conceptualize realistic plans and work effectively with a wide variety of clients and their advisors.

David regularly represents small to mid-size companies undertaking mergers & acquisitions, succession planning, and other transactions. He also has extensive experience with buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, incentive compensation plans and tax analysis. Clients appreciate David as a legal advisor who understands legal implications but can add value as a business advisor.
