Kathleen focuses her practice on advising private business owners and entities in transactions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Bishop, Dulaney, Joyner & Abner, Kathleen began her career at the Charlotte, North Carolina, office of an international law firm gaining experience in a variety of commercial lending, corporate finance, private equity and mezzanine financing transactions.
