As part of the litigation team, Erin focuses on commercial and construction litigation, as well as proactive solutions to increase the likelihood of successful outcomes for her clients before their dispute reaches the courtroom.
Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Erin earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. After law school, Erin served the United States District Court of South Carolina as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Terry L. Wooten.
After her clerkship, Erin focused her practice on civil business litigation. She found her passion helping construction and commercial clients navigate their litigation disputes throughout North and South Carolina and gained valuable experience working in a large national law firm.
Erin has experience with a wide range of construction issues, including delay,
construction defects, change order disputes, failure to pay, mechanic’s liens, and
statutory violations; and business matters including contract disputes, supply chain
issues, manufacturing defects, local government disputes, labor and employment
litigation, landlord-tenant matters, and commercial and residential real property
matters.
Erin strives to help her clients pursue the most efficient path forward to reach their
goals.
